Passion Portraits
What are passion portraits?
We absolutely LOVE to tell your story and we are always looking for unique and creative ways to do that. One of these ways is by helping you to create images that showcase your passion. What is your passion? Is it a sport, your car, music, drama... No matter the passion, let's find a way to showcase it during your senior session.
We will use off camera lighting, original backgrounds and textures, quotes, poems and even images that you may have taken that you want to use as a background to tell your story.
You bring the passion and together we will make your vision come to life!

Matthew's story
Matthew had a very unique idea for his senior portraits. His first suggestion and his ultimate dream was to go to Alaska to capture him using the wilderness and mountains as his backdrop. We thought it was a brilliant idea, however, it was not in the budget so we did the next best thing. Matthew's mother sent me several images that she took on their last trip to Alaska. She gave us permission to use those images with Matthew's senior pictures and with a little help from creative editing we were able to place Matthew in Alaska!!!
Before
Matthew had a picture from Alaska that was near and dear to his heart. The image of the mountains reminded him of his grandmother who had recently passed. We took this image on the shores of the Penobscot River
After
I was able to take the above image and with the magic of photo editing, add the mountains of Alaska as his backdrop.
Before
Another beautiful scene that Matthew wanted to recreate was an image in the wilderness with mountains behind him. To do this, we first photographed Matthew in a field. and then used his image of the Alaska wilderness behind him.

Then, we used his image of the Alaska wilderness behind him. we loved being able to tell Matthew's story and still incorporate images that he LOVED.
