Our goal for every event we photograph is to tell a beautiful story with high quality imagery. When your wedding is over, those images will be with you for your entire life. They can be shown to your children and grandchildren to tell the story of your wedding day which will become a part of their story as well.

We consider ourselves to be photojournalists that want to capture as many emotions, looks and details of your wedding day as possible. At the same time, we value the importance of capturing traditional poses and group images to provide a way to look back at those that were responsible for helping make your day special.

We value your time as our customer so we believe in being upfront with our pricing and describing everything we can do for you. We also believe in going above and beyond for you so if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us and ask. We are here for you!!

Below are all of our wedding/elopement packages. We are different than most photographers as we HATE time limits. Instead of booking us for a certain number of hours, we have you book us for the parts of your wedding story you want us to tell. There will be no hidden costs. We will not ask for you to upgrade to add on hours to your package. We will be here for you during the entire process helping you along the way.

Daisy $1400

This package is perfect for very small weddings or elopements. Get high-quality images at the right price. This package includes one photographer and does not include and engagement package but can be added for an additional fee. Because this package is designed for very small weddings, complete number of attendees at the wedding will be limited to 12 individuals attending or taking part in the wedding. For any weddings larger than 12 individuals, our starting package is the tulip package.

This package includes:

Coverage and fully edited images from the ceremony and formal portraits either immediately before or after the ceremony.
Approximately an Hour of Coverage time
Guarantee of at least 100 fully edited images presented in an online gallery for you to download, print and share.

Tulip $2400

This package is perfect for smaller, intimate weddings. Even small weddings need the details of their story to be told in quality images.

Coverage and fully edited images from the ceremony and formal portraits that take place either immediately before or after the ceremony. We also will capture the major events of your reception.
$50 Print Credit from our site (excludes taxes and shipping)
One 8" x 8" image album
Guarantee of at least 300 fully edited images presented in an online gallery for you to download, print and share.

This is our most popular package. This package is designed to tell the entire story of your day. This package includes:

Coverage and fully edited images from the Pre-Wedding preparations (same day), the ceremony, and formal portraits either immediately before or after the ceremony. We also will capture the major events of your reception.

This package is for the couple that wants their WHOLE story told. This package is designed to tell the entire story of your day as well as your rehearsal night preparations. This package includes:

Coverage and fully edited images from the Rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and the night before pre-wedding preparations, the couple and the wedding party as they get ready the day of the wedding, formal images before the ceremony, the ceremony, and formal images either immediately after the ceremony. We also will capture the major events of your reception and will even stay to see you off!

The Big question. Why should I choose you?

Because we LOVE what we do and we are confident enough to say that we are very good at what we do. We know how to work with people, how weddings work, how to be flexible and we are also a lot of fun to be around! We will not rush you to stay on a timeline (unless you want us to). We let you set the pace of your day.

Every wedding we photograph, we leave feeling like we have new members of our family and we hope you will feel the same about us. When you hire the Judi Michalik Photography team, you can be confident in knowing that your story will be fully told with beautiful, high-quality images that will last a lifetime.

How do you price your wedding coverage?

It actually is simple. You hire us by the portion of the day you want us to cover. For example, if you want us to cover the ceremony and formal images of you and family and friends immediately before or after the ceremony and that is it, we will do that. If you want to add getting ready or the reception or even the wedding rehearsal, we will custom make a "package" for your needs.

So you don't charge by the hour?

No we don't! We believe that it is not fair to a couple to have to worry about how much time they have left for photography coverage on a day where they should be able to relax and enjoy each moment. The last thing we want to do is to add time constraints which adds stress. We also hate leaving in the middle of a precious moment because we are out of time. We are story tellers and want to tell the WHOLE story. A story that ends abruptly is never good!

How many pictures will we get?

A lot! We are storytellers and each image can be a story in itself if it is captured correctly. While it is difficult to give you an exact number, we can tell you that the average gallery contains 700+ images and we deliver on average 80-100 images per hour.

How many photographers will cover wedding day?

We always send at least 2 photographers to cover your wedding. The only time that may not happen is for elopements or micro weddings where there are very few people attending your ceremony or celebration. But for anything more than just a few people, we not only want to get as many angles and emotions as we can, but having more photographers helps your day to run smoothly and efficiently. Our team coordinates our efforts and generally I (Judi)will follow one half of the wedding party and Kevin or Virginia will follow the other half. We keep in constant contact to assure that your day runs smoothly.

What do you use for equipment? Do you have back up gear?

Each of member of our team has 2 digital professional camera bodies to use at all times. So on the most important day of your life, you can assure that we will have plenty of backup cameras, lenses, and lighting to insure we capture all of your special moments.

Do you do destination weddings or do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely!!!! We love to travel and our passports are ready to go.

How long have you been shooting weddings?

Judi has been shooting weddings since she was in high school and she is a (very young) grandmother now. She has been a primary wedding photographer since 2007. Kevin has been photographing weddings since 2011. Virginia has just recently joined our wedding photography team but has been around photography for several years.

How would you describe your style?

We are storytellers and we tell our stories through pictures. We will do formal posed shots as part of the day but that is a small part of the day. Your wedding gallery and album will reflect the story of your wedding day and your love. Our style is bright and colorful but we also love to add in some black and white images. We especially love to do this with images that show strong emotion. The lack of color actually brings out stronger emotions.

Can we see a complete wedding gallery?

Absolutely! Just ask and we will send you the link to several sample galleries. We encourage you to look full galleries so you can see our style. We want you to hire us because you love our work.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry personal and liability insurance and can provide you or venues with our insurance certificate upon request.
